This project was a full renovation in Rhos-on-Sea, North Wales. Firstly, at the front of the house, we replaced the existing driveway extending it using block paving. This also included installation of a soakaway system. When extending a driveway by more than 5m2, you are required to install a soakaway system in compliance with ‘Sustainable Urban Drainage (SUDS) regulations. Generally we would always recommend installing a soakaway system, particularly in Wales where we have more than your average rainfall. In the picture below you can see this being installed.
Moving round the back of the house, we laid a large patio area and cobbled paths around a central feature and leading up to a slightly raised further patio area for dining. All the fencing around the garden was replaced which completed the makeover.
